How clients opt in to text updates

HomelyInspector sends text messages to home inspection clients on behalf of licensed home inspectors. Clients opt in during the electronic signing of their home inspection agreement by checking the box shown below. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default — clients can sign their agreement whether or not they choose to receive texts.

Message details

  • Messages include appointment reminders, your agreement link, and your completed report.
  • Message frequency may vary — typically 2–5 messages per inspection.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
